Tina Muheim is an executive leadership and life coach from Philadelphia, PA. While based in Philadelphia, she works with clients worldwide, leveraging the power of technology to connect with individuals regardless of their geographical location. She is highly skilled and certified in various modalities, including being a MAP Practitioner and trained in Somatic work. This allows her to take a holistic approach that integrates the mind-body connection, optimizing athletic performance and overall well-being.

Tina is experienced in applying emotional intelligence principles and holds EQi 2.0/360 certifications. These qualifications enable her to navigate the intricacies of emotional intelligence dynamics and foster personal growth and self-awareness in her clients. Additionally, Tina is trauma, and DEI-informed, allowing her to approach coaching through a compassionate and inclusive lens.

In her commitment to providing the best support to her clients, Tina continuously engages in her healing work and personal development. She understands the importance of self-reflection and growth and applies these principles to her own life. By continually learning and expanding her knowledge, she enhances her ability to guide and empower others on their journeys.

As an active Women Belong community member dedicated to empowering and supporting women in various professional fields, Tina holds the Diameter leader role for the Philadelphia Circle. In this capacity, she leads and facilitates discussions, fosters connections, and promotes the growth and success of women in the community.

Alongside her coaching practice, community involvement, support for sports athletes, and commitment to personal growth, Tina also serves as a volunteer crisis counselor.
